Paying too much for college?

January 24, 2018

I love the blog by Lynn O'Shaughnessy The College Solution. In the article I have linked, Lynn talks about how much a student should pay for an out-of-state public university and why paying $47,000 for University of Oregon doesn't make sense.  Our students need to look beyond the UC's of the North (Oregon) Mountains (Boulder) and South (Arizona). There are plenty of schools that want our highly educated, movtivate students.  Oregon State is a WUE school and only 1 hour further north. New York State (SUNY's ) are great schools to consider for an East Coast experience. University of Alabama, Ole Miss, and all the southern schools would love to have our out-of-state students that we consider to be affordable prices!
